First time at this shop and I would definitely recommend! Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. I worked with Craig specifically and he is amazing. I went in for a transfer case service as well additional concern and he took the time to listen, take quick detailed notes and gave a heads up regarding the additional cost. The communication after my service and inspection was fantastic! He did a great job explaining everything. Really appreciate him and this shop. Will return in the future. Also used their “shuttle” service, I sadly can not remember the women’s name but she was also wonderful!!

I have been taking my cars to European Auto Tech since shortly after moving to Tucson in 2003. They have been and are consistently attentive to my cars and to me. Their estimates, both time required and cost of check up or repair have been spot on. Gentle reminders are sent for routine maintenance appointments. I recommend them to anyone with a European car, especially a VW. Thanks to all for the good work over the years.
